Approved vendors will receive an email registration packet, including a contract, invoice, and access to your vendor portal. Secure your spot by returning a signed contract with a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 15 days before the event.

Informational Display Table​
$200 per space - One 8' table with chairs. Display items must fit on table top, no floor display.​
Display Booths​
$300 Single - 10' wide x 10' deep
$550 Double - 20' wide x 10' deep​
All booths include one skirted table and two chairs. Informational Booths will have a draped backdrop, Display Booths will have a draped backdrop and side rails.
