Exhibitor Application
Join our vibrant vendor community! We’re seeking a diverse range of businesses to showcase their unique offerings at our upcoming event.
Ready to apply? Simply submit your application, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with our decision.
Approved vendors will receive an exclusive registration packet, including a contract, invoice, and access to your private vendor portal. Secure your spot by returning a signed contract with a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days before the event.

Booth rates include one table and two chairs.
Electricity not included but can be added.

Prize Sponsors
Donate a prize(s) and receive extra exposure. Prize sponsors will receive their company name and logo in the Prize Sponsor section of our website, the show guide and Ticketing Sales page. Prize sponsors will also receive a copy of the full attendee list from the show.
Prize Drawings will begin at 2pm, the day of the show and winners must be present to pick up their prize.

Call for Speakers
Showcase your knowledge and expertise in a short 15-20 minute talk or demonstration, followed by a short Q&A. You may choose your topic but it should not be a direct commercial or self-promotion talk, but something helpful and informational in the planning process.
