I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Jim Corcorcan and Chris King of the Applesox Baseball Club the other day. Jim filled me in some of the fun they have planned for the upcoming season as well as some of the changes, particularly bringing Chris back as the voice of the Applesox. Chris will also work on sponsor sales and as communication director for the club. Welcome Chris!

One particular event I want to draw everyone’s attention to is the first ever “Cross-State Showdown”. Division I baseball right here in Wenatchee as the Applesox Baseball Club hosts a regular season game featuring WSU vs SU at 6:05 PM on April 13th. Come out and watch the WSU Cougars take on the brand new Seattle University program, tickets are only $6.00.
